Supplier System
 A
powerful supplier analysis and data collection solution has been developed to
support our customers Preferential Procurement data collection activities.
BEExchange has undertaken a number of sub-contracted supplier BEE data
collection exercises for large and small organisations and the solution is
based on our extensive experience in this field. We have skilled staff in an
outbound call centre who interact with suppliers, answer their questions and
collect required BEE information and documents. Numerous projects have proven
their ability to get results fast. Regular reports to the customer show
Preferential Procurement points development and projections into the future.
Whereas we are flexible in our contractual approach, we prefer a 12 month
agreement where we manage transformation across a customer's supply chain.
New Good Practice Codes
 The
EasiBEE web site implements the Codes of Good Practice gazetted on 9th February
2007 as clarified by the DTI document published 28th June 2007. This applies to
organisations who qualify under the Generic codes and the QSE codes. Very
shortly we will support codes appropriate for state owned entities. Industry
Charter support will be developed as required.
